DEVELOPMENT OF TERMINOLOGICAL SUBSET FOR PEOPLE WITH COVID-19 SEQUELAE

ABSTRACT Objectives to develop a terminological subset of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) people with covid-19 sequelae.® Method methodological study, which followed steps: Identification relevant terms contained in literature related Covid-19 sequelae; Cross-mapping identified review classification; Construction statements diagnoses, outcomes and nursing interventions mapping constructed statements; Content validation by specialist nurses; Structuring based on Roy's Adaptation Model. For data analysis, Validity Index was used, were validated ≥ 0.80. performed 28 nurses. Results 178 diagnoses/outcomes constructed, 450 intervention statements. After content validation, quantity 127 148 obtained, comprised proposed study. Conclusion that make up greater predominance those outlines physiological adaptive mode. However, repercussions spiritual, social personal dimensions are also highlighted.
